Plastic Surgery (rhinoplasty)?

Does plastic surgery hurt?
I know your nose gets swollen, but how long until it un-swollens?
Would people know that you got rhinoplasty if they look at your nose?
How much does rhinoplasty cost (professionally done)?
Where is the best place to get professional rhinoplasty?

  1. Tats Says:

That’s more than one question :P I hope that this information can be usefull
    1. During the procedure it shouldn’t hurt, that’s the goal of a good anesthesia, but after and specially during the first days you will need some pain medication prescribed by your surgeon to help the discomfort.
    2. For the swelling to start dissapearing it could take several days and maybe a month to dissapear completely.
    3. People who knows you may know because they could see the difference in your nose, but new people that you meet shouldn’t notice in most of the cases.
    4. Average cost are around $4 000 (only surgeon fee, not including anesthesia and facility fees)
    5. There are so many “best places” where it can be done, but you will need to do your homework first and check credentials of the professionals who are going to take care of you including the plastic surgeon and the facility.
You can read more about all these here:http://www.aestheticandplastic.com/befor…http://www.aestheticandplastic.com/proce…
    All the best!!!
PD: There is not something called non professional rhinoplasty. “Rhinoplasty” is a surgical procedure that should be done ONLY by a certified and qualified surgeon, including usually plastic surgeon and otorrinolaringologist.
