Any surgical proceedure they perform will most likely require a cut through a highly visible facial area. My son had his nose fixed by an ENT, and it is just perfect....I couldn't have asked for a better looking result, and as you stated...it was covered by insurance, which was no small consideration. I had my nose broken 4 times by an abusive Xhusband. Now my septum is so deviated I can't hear well it is building pressure in my Eustachian tubes.
