    Most surgeons will probably advise you to have an implant made from your own cartilage and not a synthetic material. This is because a synthetic implant can get infected and needs to be removed. So the cost of an implant or graft made from your own tissue is probably free, you just have to pay for the doctor’s fees. You’ll have a more natural looking nose too.
