    what does rhynoplasty do, give you a horn??.. no i know its a nose op.. but to be honest.. DONT DO IT! bad idea, alot can go wrong, it costs alot and you may end up looking like micheal jackson!

    Yes you can get a septoplasty on the NHS. I had one last year.
