You should wait at least a few days. Masturbating will increase your blood pressure and could start a nose bleed (epistaxis) on the operated area. But after a few days your internal parts of the nose should be healed enough and you should be able to have your, uh, fun.

You shouldn’t touch your shaft until wounds have sufficiently healed.
Masturbation causes increased blood pressure as the heart is working harder, it puts increased strain on the arteries and vessels that carry the blood, specifically in the head as it is nearest the heart.
When you have wounds that aren’t healed properly, the increased blood pressure in particular areas can cause wounds to burst open.
