Don't always go cheap either. Shop around get references. Do some research. You don't want to be dissapointed later but say wow i saved a few bucks. Heard alot of horror stories of doctors practicing in the states without a licenece. So that should be your agenda is checking out there work and business and how exeperince etc... after all its your nose you have to show it to the world and be comfortable.
