Does Rhinoplasty change someones eye set?

Greetings! Here is a question I found when I was looking at Yahoo.

I’m about to get a nose job so I wanna know if it is going to make my eyes look different

    A rhinoplasty will bring the attention to your eyes and take them off the nose and it will lighten your eyes up as there isn’t any other key focal points.

    By the way, I’m sure your eyes look totally gorgeous anyways!.

    It shouldn’t. Ask the surgeon.
