Cost of Rhinoplasty

Why get it done in USA,when its so cheap in India. Rhinoplasty is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Has anyone either had a consultation with Dr. Jason Diamond from Dr.90210, or actually went throught with the Rhinoplasty procedure? I would like to know how much you paid, so I can get a ballpark idea of what I should be spending.
I have money all saved up, I really want to consult with him, but I live in N. California, so before I fly down, I would like some insight.

how did you chose your surgeon?

He’ll milk you. Around 4 grand. A typical nose job is usually 2500.
But don’t go to him, he’s not even a certified plastic surgeon.

what I mean by two slit face lift is two tiny incisions in the hair line and it is pulled just a tiny amount to awaken the face. not a full face lift where they rip your face off and sew it back on LOL
