You should wait at least a few days. Masturbating will increase your blood pressure and could start a nose bleed (epistaxis) on the operated area. But after a few days your internal parts of the nose should be healed enough and you should be able to have your, uh, fun.

If I were to get a nose job how long would I have to wait before I could play tennis again?

I know I need to be careful of my nose for a long time, but can you still drink a bit? Is it a blood thinner? Just curious.
