Cost of Rhinoplasty

I am thinking of having rhinoplasty at one of the mentioned hospitals. I have had no recommendations and would love to hear from people that have already had the surgery, if they were pleased and how the experience was for them. I am also looking to be recommended a surgeon at either of these hospitals and so would love to hear from you if you are particularly thrilled with a surgeon, or not. I have really have a big nose…I mean people cant even notice it. And its not crooked and doesnt have a bump or anything and my nostrils are fine.
But recently I cant stop starring at my nose compared to other people and I’ve noticed that mine is a bit too roundish near the tip. I feel like it would look better, iof it was just a tad thinner. I doubt this would take much work.
So would it cost less, since there is less work to be done?

I have some problems breathing through my nose. I hadn’t really noticed it before but the more I think about it, the more I realize that my breathing could probably be better. I have also been thinking about getting cosmetic rhinoplasty for a very long time. I was wondering, if I went to a plastic surgeon to fix my breathing problems, could I also get my nose cosmetically “fixed”, “reshaped” (which ever term you chose to use) at the same time and still be covered by the insurance? I live in Toronto and I’m currently shopping around right now for a good surgeon with excellent qualifications and experience in cosmetic surgery specifically rhinoplasty. I’m looking to get the sugery done but need some information on any reputable surgeons out there. Do you guys know if there are any websites or forums i can go to where they rate the top surgeons and discuss their successes or horror stories? Also I would like to speak with people who have had good experiences with surgeons.
