Just curious about rhinoplasty and how your surgeon was in Houston and even how much it cost. I know some surgeons around but just need a better feel
i wanna be sure that they are professional, know what they are doing,a nd i dont mind the cost as long as it is done right. so basically who is the top of the line surgeon on the east coast, preferably by Virginia.
I am looking for a surgeon who is really good at nose jobs in Australia. There are so many people who make claims but how do I know who to trust I mean, it’s a permanent, life changing event and it would be awful to get it done by anyone less than the best. Anyone with experience who can help me? Cheers!
My plastic surgeon is going to perform a turbinate cauterization (zap the polyps) on me while doing the rhinoplasty. Has anyone done that before? does it dry up my nose if he zaps my polyps? if he just does a septoplasty and I am able to breath better do the polyps shrink back to normal size?

I’m in the Austin, TX area and am about to start my search for a plastic surgeon for rhinoplasty. My friend who also had this procedure said I need to go to L.A. to get the best surgeon because they do plastic surgery procedures like a million times a day so they’re the best/most experienced and practiced. But that would require a LOT of traveling hassles and I don’t even know how to start looking/screening for the “right doctor”, and trying to have this done in L.A. would just add to my confusion. Do I really need to go to L.A. to feel comfortable that I’m in the best hands, or are there doctors in the Austin area, or even Dallas or San Antonio (yes, that would involve traveling too but it’s closer than California!) that are just as distinguished and on “that level”? Any advice on how to filter through doctors, what questions to ask, how to find the doctor who’s right for me, etc…..pretty much any advice on this whole process would be great. Thank you!
