Cost of Rhinoplasty

I live in Ann Arbor Mi and I am looking for a surgeon who could fix a minor bump on the bridge of my nose. I have no clue where to start looking for a surgeon and I don’t know how much money I should have saved up. If anyone could help me in anyway that would be soo fantastic! I also was wondering if there is anyway I could get it partially covered by my insurance. OR if anyone has had the surgery performed and would like to share the cost with me!

I would prefer, people who have either had rhinoplasty and/or cheek implants done on them before, or a plastic surgeron or a person who is an expert like a receptionist that works at a plastic surgery clinic.
