You should wait at least a few days. Masturbating will increase your blood pressure and could start a nose bleed (epistaxis) on the operated area. But after a few days your internal parts of the nose should be healed enough and you should be able to have your, uh, fun.

I am thinking of having rhinoplasty at one of the mentioned hospitals. I have had no recommendations and would love to hear from people that have already had the surgery, if they were pleased and how the experience was for them. I once had nasal surgery before for a breathing problem and the packing was agony when I had it removed 2 days later with all the dried blood.How bad is it for a nose job? Would you recommend it?
The jaw surgery (orthognathic) isn’t cosmetic (it’s to correct my bite) but the rhinoplasty could be. Could you still have rhinoplasty with the NHS which isn’t due to trauma? How can you persuade them?
I’m curious because I’ve seen other Asians (BTW I’m Asian as well) who go through rhinoplasty wanting to have a completely new transformed thin nose to look more Caucasian. But as a result, they just wind up having their nostrils pushed inward and they still have that flat-nose Asian look.
Its something that I just don’t quite understand. Instead of just having their nostrils pushed inwards, why can’t they just undergo a dramatic transformation through rhinoplasty if they want to have a Caucasian nose? Because that “pushed nostril inward” look isn’t exactly a Caucasian nose.
So it leads me to wonder, can rhinoplasty go beyond that and completely change the entire structure of an Asian nose (flat and wide) to a narrow thin nose like what Caucasian ppl have? And not just having their nostrils only pushed in.
